Opened January 2025

The Hoxton, Florence
Opened March 2025
Inhabiting a late-Renaissance palazzo, The Hoxton Florence brings its signature homey and layered aesthetic, a spacious lobby, an Italian Riviera-inspired restaurant, a cosy late-night wine bar, and event spaces to the historical centre of the city.
SLS Barcelona
Opened April 2025

Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh

Mondrian Gold Coast
Opened June 2025
Inspired by the eclectic spirit of Burleigh and set within an architectural masterpiece, Mondrian Gold Coast marks the brand’s Australian debut with a visionary new take on luxury coastal hospitality.
The Hoxton, Edinburgh
Opening June 2025
Located in the Haymarket neighbourhood, 11 sewn-together Georgian Townhouses are home to the hotly anticipated The Hoxton Edinburgh. Marking a brand-first, self-contained apartments will offer guests full flexibility and long-stay accommodation.
Mama Shelter Zurich
Opening July 2025
Mama Shelter will arrive in Switzerland for the first time with the opening of Mama Shelter Zurich. In the vibrant Oerlikon district, the hotel will feature stylish rooms, a restaurant, a rooftop and 550m2 of meeting rooms.
Rixos King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia

Mama Shelter Singapore Orchard
Opening August 2025
Heading to Asia for the first time, Mama Shelter Singapore is a true urban oasis located in the heart of Killiney Road, home to uniquely designed rooms, a restaurant, and a rooftop pool with unbeatable views of the Singapore skyline.
SLS Red Sea
Opening September 2025
Bringing the brand’s lavish style to Saudi Arabia for the very first time, SLS’s latest indulgent wonderland is part of The Red Sea Project. The resort features exquisite dining destinations, an extravagant ballroom, a luxurious spa and wellness centre, a marina and a championship 18-hole golf course.
25hours Hotel Sydney The Olympia
Opening October 2025
25hours Hotel The Olympia is for dreamers and renegades, a place for cinema lovers where the aesthetic pays tribute to the building’s art house beginning as the Olympia Theatre. The hotel will feature exclusive artwork by Sydney artist Kubi Vasak, and a rooftop bar with inspiring views of Sydney. Opening scheduled for mid-2025.
The Hoxton, Dublin
Opening October 2025
Making its Irish debut in Dublin, The Hoxton will restore the former Central Hotel and its iconic Library Bar. Once restored, the hotel will have an open lobby, a café and wine bar, a restaurant, and a late-night music venue — an exciting first for the brand.
Hyde Perth
Opening November 2025
Inspired by Western Australia’s rich palette of colours and influences, Hyde Perth will bring the vibes to Pier Street in the heart of the CBD with bohemian-inspired and an outdoor pool area surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping.
Delano Miami Beach
Opening November 2025
The reopening of Delano Miami Beach heralds the return of an icon to South Beach and an exciting new chapter in the brand’s evolution. In a landmark Art Deco building, the legendary Delano pool will return alongside a new beachfront deck and a second pool on the fourth floor.
Mondrian Abu Ahabi
Opening December 2025
Mondrian makes its debut in Abu Dhabi in the city’s bustling downtown area. On a crystal-clear lagoon, Mondrian Abu Dhabi will feature six unique food and beverage venues, ballroom, spa, swimming pool, kid’s club and world-class fitness area.
