Taking inspiration from turn-of-the-century European and South American cuisine, breman.brasserie pays homage to the history of the iconic thehoxtonhotel, Lloyd building. Named after the building’s original architect, the informal & cosy brasserie serves up comfort-driven classics, including smoked tomato fish pie, double cheeseburgers with American cheese & sauerkraut, and a Veal schnitzel with Tonnato sauce, whilst its bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines.
