Two new TRIBE Hotels are set to land in Paris

The new urban living spaces will add dynamism to the inner Paris neighbourhoods of Pantin and Clichy.

Since its launch in 2017, TRIBE has offered curated spaces that surprise and connect with its guests, whilst providing affordability and efficiency, redefining the hotel experience for a new generation of travellers in relaxed, yet innovative living spaces for work and leisure. Bringing its bold energy to the Parisian suburbs of Clichy and Pantin, these new TRIBEs will integrate innovative and design-driven spaces into dynamic urban neighbourhoods.

The projects, set to open in 2024 and developed in partnership with The Galia Group, aim to transformed existing buildings with carefully thought-out architecture and sustainable construction, creating exciting new spaces that preserve the environment. At the heart of the new hotels are TRIBE’s signature social hubs, set to welcome both modern travellers and like-minded locals in light and colour filled spaces that gives them everything they need, and nothing they don’t.

Located on boulevard Jean Jaurès, near Saint-Vincent-de-Paul Church and Clichy-la-Garenne City Hall, TRIBE Clichy updates an old garage and outdated residential with contemporary design. The façade of the 120-room hotel will be clad with stone and wood-joinery. Adding greenery to the public spaces and bringing ample natural light into rooms, is a lush interior courtyard filled with plants. An 80-seat restaurant sits atop the building, featuring sweeping views over the city.

A symbolic transformation, TRIBE Pantin repurposes a parking lot built at the end of the 1950s, into a 130-room hotel, integrated into its environment with open-air gardens and green roofs. In its immediate proximity, are the Canal de l’Ourcq and Pantin City Hall. Designed to be light and colourful, materials used will match the existing building, reflecting on the buildings history, and creating a bond between the past and present.

TRIBE Clichy and Pantin join a pipeline of 50 TRIBE venues planned worldwide in the next 5 years. In addition to nine existing hotels, other TRIBE hotels will soon open in Budapest, Milan, Lyon, Singapore, Bangkok, Auckland and Belo Horizonte.
