SLS Madrid Infantas Residences will offer 33 luxurious private residences in the heart of the city.

The building, steeped in history, designed by Spanish architect Eduardo Sanchez Eznarriaga in the 1920s and home to writer Enrique Jardiel Poncela, is set to undergo careful refurbishment beginning in early 2024. SLS Madrid Infantas Residences will be Ennismore and the brand’s first standalone residence in Spain.

Launching sales in Spring 2024, SLS Madrid Infantas Residences will offer 33 lavish apartments comprising one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses with private terraces and pools.
