Round up: A year of exciting brand achievements

As the year comes to an end, we’re reflecting on what we’ve achieved in the last 12 months. So much has happened this year, below are just some highlights that have made 2023 so special for us and our brands.


Ennismore comprises 17 brands with over 140 operating hotels and resorts, and over 100 in the pipeline; 77 iconic venues, and 300 restaurants and bars. To check out our hotel openings for 2023, click here.

This summer, we launched Dis-loyalty, the new game-changing travel and food membership that has taken the industry by storm. Based on simplicity and transparency, Dis-loyalty encourages its members to best boring by giving them bigger discounts for going somewhere new with its collective of hotels, restaurants, and bars. With 50% off just-opened hotels in the first three months after opening, 20% off every first-time stay in every hotel, 10% off for return stays,10% off food and drink in any of our restaurants, bars and coffee shops, 365 free barista-made drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) – one every day of the year, we’ve already seen members make incredible savings. Further celebrating spontaneity, Dis-loyalty recently announced “Dis-loyalty Drops” – exclusive drops of limited-edition experiences, collaborations, and events for members only, with some of the prizes being snapped up in seconds!

We launched ALL Inclusive Collection, a new digital platform which brings together over 30 all-inclusive properties from world-leading brands for guests to discover and book. Reimagining the all-inclusive experience to create luxury havens of escapism and entertainment where all-inclusive is all-exclusive, this is a curated selection of luxury and premium all-inclusive resorts situated in unforgettable destinations, offering unparalleled service and unrivalled possibilities.

In brand news, we’ve had some amazing highlights there, too. Celebrating milestone anniversaries this year were Mama Shelter and 25hours. Marking 15 and 20 years, respectively, both brands embraced creativity and paved their way to success by creating distinctive urban hotels around the globe.

In a secluded enclave overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, SO/ Sotogrande has been a firm favourite thanks to its distinctive design and cultural programming. Now, it’s an exciting new addition to our ALL Inclusive Collection. Guests can expect an all-inclusive experience of high-end abundance with a culinary journey inspired by Andalusian flavours and cultures and participate in a variety of programmes curated for kids, teens and adults, including world-class golf, a dedicated kids’ club, and an indulgent spa and wellness club.

A familiar layered yet accessible aesthetic, underpinned by an obsession with design, has always been a brand signature for The Hoxton – a passion seemingly shared by many Hox regulars and neighbours constantly looking for the inside scoop on fabric and furniture sourcing. This year, fans were finally given a chance to recreate those Hox vibes with the launch of The Hoxton x Bauwerk collection, an exclusive line of nine all-natural limewash paints. Ennismore’s AIME Studios have collaborated with Bauwerk Colour to create the Neighbourhood Collection, offering a chance for guests to recreate those Hox vibes at home.

Combining a multi-venue contemporary art museum, boutique hotels, and chef-driven restaurants to create a new kind of travel experience, 21c Museum Hotels have always delivered a transformative 21st-century hospitality experience. Setting a humble and easy tone to everything they do, their Nightcap at the Museum program serves guests a splash of bourbon every night of their stay so they can sip while strolling the 21c galleries late into the evening, sparking conversation and curiosity.

Finally, our brands have been recognised by some of the industry’s most prestigious awards. We enjoy curating unique experiences in the most exciting destinations in the world, and we’re thrilled our brands and properties have resonated so deeply with guests and experts alike. Some highlights include 13 hotels on the Condé Nast Traveller’s Readers’ Choice Awards list; Gleneagles winning the inaugural Art of Hospitality award and placing #32 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels list; and 21c Museum Hotel recognition for ‘using art to spark conversations across the United States’ on AFAR’s Travel Vanguard list.

These, of course, aren’t everything; they are just a few of many achievements across Ennismore. All of this would not be possible without our amazing teams. We wouldn’t be here without them.
