Ennismore & PMG Announce First Ever Delano Branded Residences

Rising in Downtown Miami, this signing marks the iconic brand’s first branded residential property and PMG’s second supertall in the city

Ahead of the reopening of the iconic Delano Miami Beach hotel, a new branded residential development is set to launch in Downtown Miami. Rising 90 stories, the development will introduce Delano’s first branded residences and offer a refined residential experience inspired by the brand’s celebrated legacy of hospitality, cultural relevance, and design.

The newly built tower will include 421 residences with unobstructed views across Downtown Miami and the Atlantic Ocean. Sales are scheduled to commence in March, with residences starting at $800,000 USD and PMG Residential exclusively representing sales.

Envisioned by conceptual artist Carlos Ott in collaboration with architectural firm CUBE 3, the building has been designed as an architectural landmark. Interiors by award-winning design firm Meyer Davis will deliver a refined, contemporary aesthetic that reflects Delano’s distinctive style. Residences will include studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts featuring custom kitchen cabinetry fabricated by Italian design house Italkraft, fully integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance packages, custom bathroom cabinetry and countertops, Waterworks bathroom fixtures, and fully built-out closets. Contemporary lighting schemes and advanced smart home technologies will further enhance the living experience.

The development will introduce a range of immersive amenities for residents. Situated approximately 850 feet above Miami, the Southeast’s first observation floor will feature a cantilevered glass deck offering sweeping views of Downtown Miami and the Atlantic Ocean. Food and beverage offerings will include Cafe Delano, an all-day signature restaurant, an iconic sky restaurant, and the Rose Bar, an intimate and glamorous venue reimagined from the original Delano Miami Beach.

Residents will have access to the Delano Members’ Club with cultural programming, as well as a resort-style pool deck featuring a wraparound pool, lounge areas, and a bar. The development will also feature the Sky Pool positioned approximately 800 feet above Miami’s skyline.

A comprehensive wellness offering will be delivered through The Source by Delano, which combines spa rituals with social activations. Facilities will include treatment rooms, a sauna, cold plunge, steam rooms, and private lockers alongside a state-of-the-art fitness center and movement studio.
