Delano, the iconic centerpiece of Miami Beach, returns in late March 2026 with a bold new chapter — debuting world-renowned culinary concepts in collaboration with Paris Society, marking the hospitality group’s first venture into the American market.
Since its founding in 2008 by Laurent de Gourcuff, Paris Society has established itself as a powerhouse in the hospitality industry, with a growing portfolio of over 70 venues across the ultra-premium and luxury lifestyle sectors. As CEO Rizwan Kassim shares, “With the introduction of Gigi Rigolatto and Mimi Kakushi to the U.S. market, we’re bringing our design-led approach to dining and lifestyle, where cuisine, atmosphere, and experience come together in a city that shares our global vision.”
Gigi Rigolatto
After Paris, St. Tropez, Rome, Dubai and Bodrum, Gigi Rigolatto brings its signature Alla Grande state of mind to Delano Miami Beach — celebrating the art of living where everyone comes together to share a festive, unique, and unforgettable experience. Designed by Hugo Toro, the ambiance-driven oasis evokes a Mediterranean escape with mineral plaster walls, carved wooden panels, and yellow Sienna marble accents. Spanning from Delano’s first floor to The Beach Club, guests can choose indoor dining, poolside tables, or beach cabanas — all seamlessly connected through airy, elegant design, warm service, and lively musical programming. The menu celebrates simplicity and pleasure, from Arancini and Linguini with lobster to beef carpaccio and veal scaloppini alla Milanese, while the signature Bellini Bar invites oceanfront cocktails. A concept store featuring curated fashion, homeware, and Gigi’s custom scent completes the experience.
Mimi Kakushi
Located on the fourth floor and accessible exclusively to the Delano Members Club and hotel guests, Mimi Kakushi is an acclaimed 1920s Osaka-inspired Japanese restaurant known for its blend of traditional and modern cuisine and award-winning cocktail program. Designed by PIRAJEEN LEES, the space celebrates Oriental Art Deco through layered textures, natural materials, hand-painted walls, and subtle olfactory elements that sweep through like a breeze under a Sakura tree. The menu fuses a taste of the East with the rhythm of the West — from sashimi, sushi, tempura and gyoza to oven-baked black cod, Donabe rice pot, and Kagoshima wagyu beef — ending with an electric dessert list. Cocktails inspired by Japanese silent film actor Sessue Hayakawa transform each drink into a cinematic moment, while the auditory experience merges Osaka’s historic record bars with contemporary electronic beats and live performances.
With globally celebrated design, immersive storytelling, and elevated culinary experiences, Delano Miami Beach’s reopening signals an exciting new chapter — bringing Paris Society’s visionary hospitality and two acclaimed dining destinations to the U.S. for the first time.
