2025 marked a pivotal year for Ennismore, building momentum through intentional new signings across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
Highlights included flagship signings for Delano in New York and London, heralding the return of an icon; the European expansion of The Hoxton in Madrid; Mama Shelter’s move into new territory with its first alpine resort, Mama Shelter Val Thorens; and multiple first-ever brand debuts in Mexico, including The Hoxton, Mama Shelter and Hyde in Mexico City. The year also saw a rising global appetite for branded residences from lifestyle brands, with SLS Residences Bangkok Sukhumvit 24, the first SLS residence in the region; Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences; and Mondrian Residences Hallandale Beach.
Here’s a round-up of some of our most exciting signings announced this year.
A new era for Delano
Delano entered an exciting new chapter with iconic signings in two of the world’s most influential cities. In New York, Delano will take root in the creative heart of Lower Manhattan, offering a refined urban sanctuary that balances serenity with social energy through thoughtfully designed rooms, expansive event spaces and elevated experiences. In London, Delano will arrive in one of the city’s most elegant neighbourhoods, blending contemporary minimalism with rich textures and introducing the brand’s iconic nightlife culture, including the much-loved Rose Bar, to the capital. Along the unspoilt coastline of the East Cape in Los Cabos, Delano will introduce its refined sense of luxury, intuitive service and communal energy to the beachfront setting. Together, these signings reinforce Delano’s position at the forefront of modern luxury, building on a legacy shaped by culture, entertainment and timeless elegance.
Accelerating growth across the Americas
The Americas were a key focus for Ennismore in 2025, with landmark signings that significantly expanded the group’s presence across the region. Mexico welcomed four major brand debuts, each marking a first for the country. In the heart of Mexico City, three bold lifestyle brands will arrive: Hyde, bringing its free-spirited, music-driven ethos to a design-led urban retreat; The Hoxton, celebrating neighbourhood culture through art, programming and social spaces; and Mama Shelter, infusing the city with its signature exuberance, playful design and all-day dining energy.
Beyond the capital, Hyde Mazatlán will extend the brand’s bohemian spirit to Mexico’s western coast, pairing ocean views with relaxed social spaces and wellness-focused amenities. In the US, The Hoxton Nashville will bring the brand’s open-house ethos to one of the country’s most creative cities, offering layered, homey interiors, multiple food and drink destinations and community-driven gathering spaces designed to reflect the city’s musical and cultural DNA.

Expanding Europe with cultural firsts
Across Europe, Ennismore continued to strengthen its footprint with a series of culturally significant signings. The Hoxton will arrive in Madrid for the first time, opening in a striking modernist building in the historic centre and placing guests at the centre of the city’s creative and culinary life. Further east, The Hoxton Kraków will become the brand’s first hotel in Poland, transforming a former industrial landmark into a vibrant lifestyle destination shaped by local art, design and eclectic programming.
Ennismore will also make its debut in Greece with the signing of Luura, which joins the Morgans Originals collection. Set on the island of Paros, Luura Cliff will introduce a new generation of independent hospitality, blending immersive design, art and authentic Aegean experiences, with further properties planned across the Mediterranean. In the French Alps, Mama Shelter Val Thorens will mark the brand’s first-ever resort, redefining the mountain holiday with skiing, social spaces, wellness and Mama’s signature playful spirit.
Mama Shelter will also expand along the Mediterranean coast with a new signing in Toulon, bringing its bold, playful energy to a vibrant city-centre location and creating a dynamic space for guests and locals alike to gather, relax and connect.
New energy across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific
In the Middle East, Ennismore signed Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas, marking the brand’s launch into the UAE and adding a new dimension to nature-led hospitality. Set against the Hajar Mountains, the retreat brings together low-impact design, wellness rituals and outdoor experiences that encourage connection and renewal.
Asia-Pacific momentum continued with the signing of Mama Shelter Bangkok Platinum, bringing Mama’s exuberant spirit to the heart of the Thai capital. The hotel will celebrate Bangkok’s vibrant urban energy through bold design, dynamic food and beverage concepts and a lively calendar of social programming.
Adding a new island destination to the portfolio, Mondrian Maldives will introduce the brand’s bold, design-forward vision to a private island in the Indian Ocean. The resort will feature 105 villas immersed in nature, alongside four distinctive restaurants and bar venues offering cutting-edge culinary and mixology experiences, creating a dream-like escape where creativity, culture and natural beauty converge.
Expanding lifestyle living through branded residences
Branded living continued to be a core growth pillar for Ennismore in 2025, with more than 50 residential projects launched and under development across 20 countries, including the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Expansion across Mondrian, SLS, Rixos and Hyde reflects Ennismore’s commitment to bringing its lifestyle brands into homeownership.
Recent signings span flagship urban and resort destinations, from SLS Bangkok Sukhumvit 24, delivering the brand’s signature design-led luxury and social energy, to landmark waterfront developments such as Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences in the UAE. New projects also highlight growing demand for wellness- and community-focused living, with Our Habitas introducing a new approach to branded residences centred on connection, culture and mindful design. Together, Ennismore’s branded residence signings continue to redefine residential living through distinctive design, elevated services and curated luxury lifestyle experiences.
