Phil Zrihen

Phil Zrihen is Deputy Group CEO of Ennismore and CEO of its Lifestyle Collective, where he plays a central role in shaping the company’s global growth and the commercial evolution of its collective of lifestyle brands. Blending financial expertise with operational leadership, he helps drive Ennismore’s position as a leading force in lifestyle hospitality.

Prior to joining Ennismore, Phil was Chief Business Officer and Partner at sbe, where he led corporate strategy, capital markets, and asset management, contributing to the company’s global expansion.

Earlier in his career, Phil spent nearly two decades in investment banking focused on the hospitality and leisure sectors. He served as a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey and Rothschild Inc., advising on a wide range of high-profile transactions and strategic initiatives.

Since joining Ennismore, Phil has held several senior leadership roles, including Head of the Americas, where he oversaw significant growth across the region. He also serves as Chairman of the Delano Board of Directors.
