Ennismore celebrates over 87 Awards in 18 months
From Travel + Leisure and Forbes, to Conde Nast Traveller and more, Ennismore has received over 87 awards and accolades across its brands, hotels and team.
Always striving to create brands with meaning, our global collective of entrepreneurial and founder-built brands that have purpose at their heart and create long-lasting connections with our guests. We enjoy curating unique experiences in the most exciting destinations in the world and we’re thrilled our brands and properties have resonated so deeply with guests and experts alike. From industry awards to public-led praise and recognition, we round up some of the highlights below:
Starting off with Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards, our glorious playground in the Scottish Highlands, Gleneagles, ranked #3 Best Resorts in the UK and Ireland, and 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin, an urban jungle at the heart of Berlin’s creative scene, reached #3 Best Hotels in Berlin.
Later in the year, the readers of Conde Nast Traveller spoke and five Ennismore brands, totalling ten hotels, made it on the Reader’s Choice Awards list representing some of the ultimate destinations in the industry. The list saw SLS Dubai take #1 Hotel in Dubai, #3 in the Middle East and #7 in the World – a truly outstanding achievement – and 21c Museum Hotel, The Hoxton and Hyde Hotels also making the rankings.
Early 2022 saw 25hours Hotels revolutionise the way their teams work in Austria and Switzerland with the bold introduction of the 4-day work-week. Aiming to investigate new employment models and provide a better work-life-balance for their employees, progressive initiative won in the category “Game Changer” at the Hospitality HR Awards. We are immensely proud of the work 25hours team are doing – Game Changers indeed!
Closing out the 2022, we saw 25hours Hotel One Central Dubai take home a whooping four awards at the Ahead Awards MEA, including Best Lobby & Public Spaces, Best Event Spaces, Best Hotel Newbuilt, and Hotel of the Year.
Beginning 2023 with a bang, five Ennismore properties achieved spots on the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide, the global benchmark in luxury travel industry. Mondrian Doha, The Gleneagles Hotel and SO/ Berlin Das Stue all received a Four-Star Rating and SO/ Bangkok and SLS Cancun Hotel & Residences (NEW to list) received a Recommended Rating.
A special mention also goes to Mondrian Singapore, winning two awards at the LIV Hospitality Design Award in the Interior Design Hotel, Luxury category and the Interior Design Hotel, Asia category, despite not having opened its doors yet. Also winning at LIV Awards was JO&JOE in the Architectural Design, Hostel category.
For these accolades and many others we haven’t been able to list out, we have our Ennismore teams to thank for their hard work and dedication. We’re looking forward to building on these successes in the months ahead.
