Sharan Pasricha is the Founder & Co-CEO of Ennismore.

Ennismore is a global collective of entrepreneurial and founder-built brands with creativity and purpose at their heart.

Sharan Pasricha founded Ennismore in 2011, and under his leadership, it saw exponential growth. This has included the international expansion of The Hoxton, a global series of open-house hotels which opened in London, Paris, Amsterdam, New York and Chicago. Pasricha led the reinvention of the iconic Gleneagles, the glorious playground in Scotland’s The Ochil Hills, undergoing a multi-year refurbishment which included all guest rooms, restaurants and bars, spa and retail arcade. He also launched Gleneagles Townhouse, a hotel and members’ club in the heart of Edinburgh. Pasricha also created new co-working brand for Ennismore, Working From_, a community workspace with locations in London, Chicago, Brussels and Dubai. In 2023, Pasricha launched Dis-loyalty, an innovative travel and food membership program across 80 hotels and 170 bars and restaurants in over 50 destinations.

Pasricha also founded Maison Estelle, the private members club in Mayfair, London, and Estelle Manor, a country club and hotel in Oxfordshire.

During this time, Ennismore was included in Fast Company’s World Most Innovative Companies in 2020 and 2021 and was also included in the Financial Times’ Future 100.

In 2021, Pasricha and Accor entered a joint venture, creating the world’s fastest-growing lifestyle and leisure hospitality company. Today, Ennismore is made up of three business units comprising a Lifestyle Collective of 13 brands rooted in culture and community, including 25hours, Delano, Hyde, Mondrian, and SLS; Immersive Resorts creating havens for escapism and entertainment led by Rixos; and a collection of Iconic Luxury Venues pioneering the art of French hospitality led by Paris Society, with venues across Paris, London and the Middle East including L’Abbaye des Vaux de Cernay, Gigi, Bonnie, Coco, Louie, Le Piaf and Raspoutine.

Sharan Pasricha has been included in Conde Nast Traveller’s ‘50 People Changing The Way We Travel’, The Caterer’s Top 100 Most Powerful People in Hospitality, and was awarded the Alumni GOLD (Graduate of the Last Decade) by his alma mater, London Business School, in 2018. It was during his time at the London Business School that he obtained his MBA.

Pasricha was awarded an MBE in The Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2022 for services to the hotel industry.
