Gaurav Bhushan

Gaurav Bhushan is Group CEO of Ennismore, a global lifestyle hospitality company with a collective of entrepreneurial and founder-built brands with creativity & purpose at their heart.

With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, leisure and tourism, Gaurav began his career with Accor in Australia, holding various positions in operations, finance and development until he became the group’s Global Chief Development Officer in 2015. Accor is one of the world’s largest hotel groups with over 5,000 hotels operating in 135 countries.

In October 2021, Gaurav became co-CEO of Ennismore, a joint venture with Accor, creating the world’s fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company by bringing together an unrivalled collective of 16 brands, including Delano, 25hours, Mondrian, SLS, Our Habitas, Rixos, and Paris Society. After doubling its network in just four years, Gaurav became Group CEO of Ennismore in 2026. Today, Ennismore has over 200 hotels across 40+ countries, with a further 145+ in the pipeline, and over 500 restaurants and bars.

Gaurav is a board member of Ennismore & Banyan Tree, and Accor’s Luxury & Lifestyle Executive Committee. He is also a board member of the Dubai International Chamber.

Gaurav holds an MBA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) and a postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia (SIA).
