Ennismore unveils its 2026 openings as it surpasses the 200th hotel milestone, doubling its collective in just four years.

Ennismore is set to open over 35 hotels and over 20 iconic F&B venues in 2026. The long-awaited opening of Delano Miami Beach heralds the return of an icon.

The announcement of its 2026 opening lineup coincides with the group surpassing the 200th hotel opening milestone, representing more than a doubling of its network in only four years. This year’s openings mark several major milestones in the group’s global growth with significant debuts across multiple regions.

In the Americas, the eagerly awaited reopening of Delano Miami Beach reimagines one of hospitality’s most storied names, ushering in a bold new chapter for this iconic destination.  In Mexico City, Ennismore will introduce two brands for the first time, Hyde and Mama Shelter, bringing their unmistakable spirits to the cultural capital of Latin America.

In Europe and Africa, Delano will open in London, Mama Shelter will open in Lake Como and Cape Town, and Morgans Originals will debut in Paros and Mumbai – representing Ennismore’s first openings in Greece and India. Hyde continues to expand its footprint across the Asia-Pacific region, with hotel openings in Perth and Bali. Within the ALL Inclusive Collection, Rixos continues to grow rapidly, debuting in the Americas with Cancun, launching its first Asian destination, Rixos Phu Quoc in Vietnam, and opening Rixos Murjana in Saudi Arabia.

Accelerating culinary excellence, Paris Society continues to drive the global expansion of its signature brands, entering the Americas for the first time with Gigi and Mimi Kakushi. From Italian coastal to Japanese avant-garde, exclusive high-end dining to neighbourhood hotspots, Paris Society reflect Ennismore’s commitment to delivering authentic, culturally resonant experiences across its global collection of destinations.

The Americas

The opening of Delano Miami Beach heralds a bold new chapter for the iconic landmark with 171 guestrooms and suites, including poolside bungalows and signature penthouses, innovative wellness, curated retail, and four standout restaurant and bar concepts, including the return of the legendary Rose Bar, opening early 2026. Hyde Mexico City Reforma opens mid-2026 on the iconic Paseo de la Reforma with 106 rooms, Niko, a classic Japanese restaurant, and Sun & Moon, a cocktail bar, gym, and meeting rooms. Mama Shelter Mexico City opens mid-2026 in Roma Norte with 100 rooms, a buzzing restaurant and bar, a lush courtyard with a stage, rooftop bar with skyline views, gym, and spaces for meetings or private events. Surrounded by white sand beaches and the Caribbean Sea, Rixos Cancún opens late 2026 with 345 rooms and suites, culinary delights, live entertainment, daily sports, fitness activities, a sensory spa and wellness journeys, and dedicated kids’ and teens’ facilities.

Asia Pacific 

Hyde Bali Seminyak opens early 2026 on the sandy shores of Seminyak Beach with 59 Balinese-inspired suites, including two swim-up suites, a destination rooftop restaurant with sunset views, a high-energy beach club, and signature Hyde happenings. Hyde Perth opens early 2026 on Pier Street, offering spaces that are approachable, expressive, and quietly confident, with FARRA, a modern Greek restaurant anchored in local produce and inspired by Mediterranean summers. Rixos Phu Quoc Vietnam opens mid-2026 on Hon Thom Island with over 1,700 rooms, 22 dining venues, wellness and leisure facilities, Rixy Kids and Teens Clubs, water sports, botanical gardens, and a theatre. Mondrian Maldives on Kuredhivaru will have 105 rooms, overwater and beachfront villas, three-bedroom beach pool residences, world-class dining, a luxury spa, and immersive cultural experiences.

Europe and Africa:

Luura on Paros is an adults-only, all-suite seafront property with private pools, terraces, a chapel, two restaurants, an extensive wellness area, and event space. Rixos Premium Magawish Bay View on the Red Sea features 442 rooms, suites, and villas, dining including Peruana Nikkei and Casa Fiesta, a private beach, infinity pool, Azure Adults Lounge, a world-class spa, and shared access to Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas. Mama Shelter Lake Como has 150 rooms, including 21 suites, four restaurants and bars, a rooftop pool, wellness area, meeting spaces, and private karaoke rooms. Delano London features 67 rooms and suites, the Rose Bar, a new restaurant, retail, and curated wellness.

Middle East & India

Roswyn in Mumbai features 109 suites with bedrooms, office space, living areas, kitchenettes, and home bars, alongside Fi’lia, Black Lacquer, a spa, gym, infinity pool, terrace, and wellness space. Rixos Murjana in King Abdullah Economic City spans 275,000m² with 488 rooms, overwater villas, dining, private beach, Anjana Spa, water park, and kids and teens clubs.  SLS The Red Sea on Shura Island has 150 rooms, 15 pool villas, five restaurants and bars, pool scene, spa, cinema, and kids and teens clubs. Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas offers 50 airstreams, Lake House, wellness rituals, and curated dining. Opening in Miami, Rome, and Paros.  Gigi Rigolatto celebrates Italian hospitality and culinary heritage, with dishes like Crispy Arancini, Signature Linguini Alle Vongole, and Tiramisu, highlighting generosity and ingredient integrity. Opening in Miami and Bodrum.  Il Bambini Club is a vibrant neo-cantina for all ages, combining contemporary Italian flair with heartwarming, homestyle cuisine, ideal for family and friends. Opening in Cape Town and Sharm El Sheikh. Maison Revka offers Slavic-inspired grandeur with smoked salmon, premium caviar, a whimsical garden, and gourmet shop, creating an immersive cultural dining experience, opening in Bodrum.
