EGGBREAK, our neighbourhood kitchen in Notting Hill, is pleased to announce an exciting collaboration with cult publication, Lucky Peach, and its brand new recipe book, All About Eggs. The magazine has long been a favourite amongst chefs and foodies across the globe and the recent announcement of its closure this month was sad news for us all. Its swansong, All About Eggs, by Rachel Khong and the editors of Lucky Peach, is a highly-anticipated celebration of "quite possibly the world’s most important food”… eggs. Well, we couldn’t be more aligned on that mindset.
To conincide with the book launch on 4th April, EGGBREAK will be adding two exclusive recipes from the book to its menu for one month only: the ‘Corned Beef Hash’ and ‘Spaghetti alla Carbonara’. It will be the only place in London you can try the dishes, so find time in your diary to make a pilgrimage!
